The Safety Deposit Association is an industry regulating organisation which was established to provide its members with a strict code of conduct and standards of operating.
All Members of the Safety Deposit Association have passed the following strict criteria:
- Vault installation to grade 6 as a minimum.
- Security system that has been approved by Ellerton Knight in order to be able to offer insurance cover up to £100,00 per box for valuables held on site.
- A board of directors with a clean history.
- Agreement to permit the Safe Deposit Association to have the final decision regarding customer complaints.
